MATRIMONIAL CAUSES RULES - RULE 29

Discovery by interrogatories in defended cause

(1) R.H.C. Order 26 (which deals with discovery by interrogatories) shall
apply to a defended cause begun by petition as it applies to a cause within
the meaning of that Order, but with the omission of- (L.N. 135 of 1972)

   (a)  (Repealed L.N. 26 of 2002)

   (b)  rule 2; (L.N. 26 of 2002)

   (ba) in rule 4(1), the words "or the notice under Order 25, rule 7,"; and
        (L.N. 26 of 2002)

        (c)	in rule 6(1), the words from "including" to the end.
