REGISTRATION OF PERSONS REGULATIONS - REGULATION 9
Power to call for further information
Any registration officer may-
(a) summon before him any person (including the head of a family) and
require him to answer any question which he may reasonably consider
necessary to ask him for the purpose of the carrying out of the
provisions of the Ordinance or of these regulations; (L.N. 178 of
1987)
(b) require any applicant to make such declaration, under oath or
otherwise, or furnish such further particulars, or produce such
documents, as he may reasonably require; (L.N. 204 of 1979)
(c) require any applicant who has to comply with the provisions of
regulation 4(2) to make such declaration, under oath or otherwise, or
furnish such further particulars, or produce such documents, as he may
reasonably require. (L.N. 204 of 1979; L.N. 178 of 1987)
