REGISTRATION OF PERSONS REGULATIONS - REGULATION 26A

Practice and procedure on appeals to the Tribunal

(1) Subject to subregulation (2), the practice and procedure on an appeal to
the Tribunal under section 3D of the Ordinance shall be such as the chief
adjudicator may determine.

(2) Schedule 4 shall have effect for the purpose of regulating appeals to the
Tribunal. (L.N. 178 of 1987)
