Fees

(1) The fees in Schedule 2 are hereby prescribed for the respective documents
and matters enumerated therein, and shall be payable on demand: Provided that
a registration officer may, when so instructed by the Chief Secretary for
Administration, waive any or all fees in respect of any applicant or class or
category of applicants. (L.N. 178 of 1987; L.N. 362 of 1997)
