REGISTRATION OF PERSONS REGULATIONS - REGULATION 22
Permanent identity card to be evidence of right of abode in Hong Kong
A valid permanent identity card shall be evidence that the person to whom the
card relates enjoys the right of abode in Hong Kong. (L.N. 178 of 1987)
