REGISTRATION OF PERSONS REGULATIONS - REGULATION 13B
Lost, destroyed, damaged or defaced identity card ceasing to be valid
Where a person has reported to a registration officer under regulation 13(1)
that an identity card has been lost, destroyed, damaged or defaced, the
identity card shall, from the time that that report is made to the
registration officer, cease to be valid. (L.N. 178 of 1987)
