Appeal against refusal to grant or renew provisional licence

(1) Where the licensing authority refuses to grant or renew a
provisional licence, it shall notify the applicant in writing of the refusal
and send the notification to the applicant by registered post.

(2) The applicant under paragraph (1) may, within 28 days after the date of
the receipt by him of such notification, appeal to the Municipal 
Services Appeals Board as regards the refusal. (L.N. 198 of 2006)
