| Item | Classes of apparatus |
| 1. | Any apparatus that produces or transmits electricity and that- |
 |
(a) operates in water either alone or in conjunction with a net; and |
|
(b) is capable of capturing or stunning fish. |
| 2. | Any suction device that- |
|
(a) operates on the seabed; and |
|
(b) is capable of capturing fish. |
| 3. | Any dredging device that- |
|
(a) operates with a net or receptacle; |
|
(b) is towed on the seabed; and |
|
(c) is capable of capturing fish. |
