PREVENTION OF CRUELTY TO ANIMALS REGULATIONS - REGULATION 20
General
The Director of Marine may, and, if requested to do so by the senior
veterinary officer, shall, refuse to grant a port clearance for any vessel on
board of which the requirements of these regulations have not been or are not
being complied with.
