PAWNBROKERS REGULATIONS - REGULATION 7

Fees etc.

(1) The fee payable to the Commissioner upon the grant or renewal of a licence
under section 5 of the Ordinance shall be the fee prescribed in Part I of the
Second Schedule.

(2) The sum to be tendered to a pawnbroker for expenses upon the application
of any person under section 14(1) of the Ordinance shall be the sum prescribed
in Part II of the Second Schedule.
