PART III

TRAINING OF ENROLLED NURSES

(1) The Council may from time to time by notification in the Gazette declare
any establishment in Hong Kong to be a training school for enrolled nurses in
respect of all or any part of the training prescribed by these regulations.

(2) No course of training carried out in Hong Kong shall be recognized by the
Council for the purposes of the enrolment of any enrolled nurse unless such
course has been carried out in one or more of the training schools. (L.N. 145
