ENROLLED NURSES (ENROLMENT AND DISCIPLINARY PROCEDURE) REGULATIONS - REGULATION 24

Documents to be furnished to the Council

The defendant and any complainant shall furnish to the secretary, not later
than ten days before the date of an inquiry or such lesser period as the
Council may determine, two copies of all documents upon which he intends to
rely at the hearing of such inquiry. (L.N. 117 of 1999)
