ENROLLED NURSES (ENROLMENT AND DISCIPLINARY PROCEDURE) REGULATIONS - REGULATION 2

Interpretation

In these regulations, unless the context otherwise requires-

"Committee" (小組) means the Preliminary Investigation Committee referred to
in regulation 15;

"defendant" (被告人) means the person to be charged at a disciplinary
inquiry held in accordance with these regulations;

"training school" (訓練學校) means an establishment declared in accordance
with regulation 9 to be a training school for enrolled nurses. (L.N. 145 of
1972)
