NURSES (REGISTRATION AND DISCIPLINARY PROCEDURE) REGULATIONS - REGULATION 11

Minimum educational standard for commencement of training

(Past version on 30/06/1997).

No person shall be eligible to commence any course of training under these
regulations unless-

   (a)  he possesses a Hong Kong School Certificate or equivalent academic
        qualifications with grades or credits in such subjects as the Council
        may, from time to time, specify; or

   (b)  he satisfies the Council that by reason of his training, professional
        experience, knowledge or skill he is a suitable person to commence a
        course of training under these regulations. (L.N. 34 of 1970; L.N. 418
