FOREIGN LAWYERS PRACTICE RULES - SECT 11
Power of waiver
The Council shall have power to waive in writing any of the provisions of
these Rules in any particular case or cases, either unconditionally or subject
to such conditions as the Council may think fit to impose. (Enacted 1994)
