BARRISTERS DISCIPLINARY TRIBUNAL PROCEEDINGS RULES - SECT 18
Application of sections 6, 8 and 9
Sections 6, 8 and 9 shall apply to a Barristers Disciplinary Tribunal
constituted under section 38 of the Ordinance as they apply to a Tribunal
constituted under section 35A of the Ordinance. (Enacted 1993)
