LEGAL PRACTITIONERS (FEES) RULES - RULE 2 Fees VerDate:30/06/1997 (1) The fees set forth in Schedule 1 are prescribed for payment under the Ordinance. (2) The fees set forth in Schedule 2 are prescribed for payment under the Trainee Solicitors Rules (Cap 159 sub. leg. J). (L.N. 32 of 1992) (3) The fees set forth in Schedule 3 are prescribed for payment under the Admission and Registration Rules (Cap 159 sub. leg. B). (L.N. 119 of 1994) LEGAL PRACTITIONERS (FEES) RULES - RULE 3 Payment of fees VerDate:28/03/2003 (1) The fees set forth in Schedules 1, 2 and 3 shall be paid to the persons named in the fourth column of such Schedules, opposite such fees. (L.N. 385 of 1991; L.N. 119 of 1994) (2) The fees paid by a barrister under sections 30(1) and 31C of the Ordinance shall be paid to the Hong Kong Bar Association for the payment of the expenses of the Association.
