NOTARIES PUBLIC (EXAMINATIONS) RULES - SECT 7
Person may take examination on unlimited occasions
There is no limit to the number of occasions on which a person may take an
examination, but in order to satisfy the requirement in section 40A(1)(a)(iii)
of the Ordinance, a person must pass all subjects in a single examination.
