Notice of constitution of Tribunal

Within 7 days after a Tribunal has been constituted to conduct an inquiry, the
clerk must by written notice inform the applicant and respondent of-

   (a)  the constitution of the Tribunal;

   (b)  the names of the Tribunal’s members; and

   (c)  the Tribunal’s address for service.
