NOTARIES PUBLIC (DISCIPLINARY TRIBUNAL PROCEEDINGS) RULES - SECT 3

Appointment of applicant

If a matter is submitted by the Chief Judge to the Tribunal Convenor under
section 40H(2) of the Ordinance, the Chief Judge may appoint any person,
including the Society of Notaries if it so consents, as the applicant in the
subsequent inquiry.
