Qualifying period of active practice

PART 3

PUPILLAGE

Where a person seeks admission or is admitted as a barrister under section
27(1) of the Ordinance, the qualifying period of active practice for the
purposes of section 31(1)(a) of the Ordinance shall be the period of
approved pupillage under section 10.
