BANKING (DISCLOSURE) RULES - SECT 91

Frequency

An authorized institution shall make a disclosure pursuant to this Part—

   (a)  in respect of the institution's last financial year; and

   (b)  in respect of the 6 months period immediately after the close of the
        institution's last financial year.
