PART 7

ADDITIONAL ANNUAL DISCLOSURES TO BE MADE BY AUTHORIZED INSTITUTION USING IRB
APPROACH TO CALCULATE ITS CREDIT RISK FOR NON-SECURITIZATION EXPOSURES

(1) Unless the context otherwise requires, a reference to an authorized
institution in this Part is a reference to an authorized institution which
falls within section 3(5).

(2) For the avoidance of doubt, it is hereby declared that—

   (a)  a reference to a non-securitization exposure in this Part does not
        include a non-securitization exposure the subject of an exemption
        under section 12(2)(a) of the Capital Rules;

   (b)  a reference to a securitization exposure in this Part does not include
        a securitization exposure which is subject to the STC(S) approach in
        consequence of an exemption under section 12(2)(a) of the Capital
        Rules.
