BANKING (DISCLOSURE) RULES - SECT 49

Non-bank Mainland exposures

An authorized institution shall disclose a breakdown of its Mainland exposures
to non-bank counterparties, if the exposures are material, into the categories
in the return for non-bank Mainland exposures submitted by the institution to
the Monetary Authority pursuant to section 63 of the Ordinance in respect of
the annual reporting period.
