BANKING (DISCLOSURE) RULES - SECT 42
Cash flow statement
An authorized institution shall disclose a cash flow statement as included in
the institution's audited annual accounts lodged with the Monetary Authority
pursuant to section 60 of the Ordinance in respect of the annual
reporting period. (L.N. 268 of 2006)
