GENERAL REQUIREMENTS FOR AUTHORIZED INSTITUTIONS INCORPORATED IN HONG KONG

Unless the context otherwise requires, a reference to an authorized
institution in this Part is a reference to an authorized institution which
falls within section 3(1).
