BANKING ORDINANCE (DECLARATION UNDER SECTION 2(14)(b)) NOTICE 1998 - SECT 2
Declaration
(Past version on 01/04/1998).
It is hereby declared that a corporation licensed to carry on a business in
leveraged foreign exchange trading under Part V of the Securities and
Futures Ordinance ( Cap 571) is not a money broker for the purposes of the
definition of "money broker".
