Other forms to accompany applications

(1) Except as provided in paragraphs (2) and (3), an application for a licence
shall be accompanied by Form 6 in the First Schedule.

(2) Where an application is made by a company within the meaning of the
Companies Ordinance ( Cap 32), the application shall be accompanied, in lieu
of Form 6, by Form 7 in the First Schedule.

(3) Where an application is made by a society in respect of which the
Societies Ordinance ( Cap 151) applies, the application shall be accompanied,
in lieu of Form 6, by Form 8 in the First Schedule. (75 of 1992 s. 40)
