QUARANTINE AND PREVENTION OF DISEASE ORDINANCE (SANITARY AERODROME) DECLARATION 1998 - SECT 1

Declaration as sanitary aerodrome

The Hong Kong International Airport at and in the vicinity of Chek Lap Kok is,
on and from 1 July 1998, declared to be a sanitary aerodrome for the
purposes of the definition of "sanitary aerodrome" in section 2(1) of the
Quarantine and Prevention of Disease Ordinance ( Cap 141).
