PREVENTION OF THE SPREAD OF INFECTIOUS DISEASES REGULATIONS - REGULATION 18

No infected dead body to be dealt with otherwise

No person shall deposit or cause to be deposited in any place other than in a
burial or cremation ground in which it may be lawfully buried or cremated as
the case may be, any dead body in which there existed an infectious disease at
the time of death.
