ATTACHMENT OF INCOME ORDER RULES - RULE 13

Dispensation with procedures and abridgement of time limit

The court may-

   (a)  dispense with or relax any procedure specified in rules 3 to 8; or

   (b)  abridge any time limit specified in rules 3 to 8, if the court is
        satisfied that it is fair and reasonable to do so in the circumstances
        of the case. (L.N. 260 of 2001)
