POULTRY (SLAUGHTERING FOR EXPORT) REGULATIONS - REGULATION 75
Method of slaughter
Poultry shall be slaughtered in accordance with good commercial practice in a
manner which will result in thorough bleeding of the carcasses and so that
breathing stops before scalding.
