PHARMACY AND POISONS REGULATIONS - REGULATION 10
Restriction of sales by listed sellers of poisons
No listed seller of poisons shall sell any poison other than a solution of
ammonia, hydrochloric acid, nitric acid, potassium quadroxalate or sulphuric
acid, except in a closed container as closed by the manufacturer or other
person from whom the poison was obtained.
