MENTAL HEALTH REVIEW TRIBUNAL RULES - RULE 8

Disqualification of tribunal members

(Past version on 30/06/1997).

A person shall not be qualified to serve as a member of the tribunal for the
purpose of any proceedings where he has a personal connection with the
mentally incapacitated person or has treated the mentally incapacitated person
in a professional medical capacity within the preceding 12 months. (L.N. 100
