FOOD BUSINESS REGULATION - SECT 36

Name in which proceedings for offences may be brought

Without prejudice to the provisions of any other enactment relating to the
prosecution of criminal offences and without prejudice to the powers of the
Secretary for Justice in relation to the prosecution of such offences,
prosecutions for an offence under any of the provisions of this Regulation may
be brought in the name of the Director.
