FOOD BUSINESS REGULATION - SECT 34A
Transfer of licence
(Past version on 30/06/1997).
Save with the consent in writing of the Director, a person to whom a full
licence has been granted under section 31 or a provisional licence has been
granted under section 33C shall not transfer his full or provisional licence
to any person. (L.N. 493 of 1995; 78 of 1999 s. 7)
