FOOD BUSINESS REGULATION - SECT 27
Horse flesh to be labelled as such
(Past version on 30/06/1997).
Where in the course of any food business the flesh of any horse, mule, hinny
or donkey is sold, or offered or exposed for sale, it shall, at the time of
the sale, or offer or exposure for sale, be clearly labelled
"HORSE FLESH" in English lettering and Chinese characters of sufficient size
to be easily legible to every customer.
