FOOD BUSINESS REGULATION - SECT 25

Inspection books, etc.

(Past version on 30/06/1997).

(1) The Director may in his discretion supply to any food business an
inspection book or form for the use of health inspectors.

(2) Where such inspection book or form is provided by the Director, the
proprietor of the food business to which it has been supplied shall cause it
to be kept at all times on the food premises concerned and available for use
by any health inspector visiting the premises.

(3) No person shall destroy any such book or form or alter or obliterate any
entry made therein.
