Offences and penalties

Any person who contravenes any of the provisions of regulation 3, 4 or 5(1) or
(3) shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on summary conviction to
a fine at level 5 and to imprisonment for 6 months, and, where the offence is
a continuing offence, to a fine of $300 for each day during which the offence
