BATHING BEACH (REGIONAL COUNCIL) BY-LAWS - BYLAW 14

Offences and penalties

Any person who-

   (a)  contravenes any of the provisions of by-law 4, 5, 6, 7, 8(1), 10(1) or
        (3), 11, 12 or 13; or (L.N. 17 of 1983; 10 of 1986 s. 32(2))

   (b)  without reasonable cause or excuse, fails to comply with any of the
        requirements of a notice posted under by-law 3(2), (10 of 1986 s.
        32(2)) shall be guilty of an offence and liable to a fine at level 1
        and to imprisonment for 14 days. (L.N. 231 of 1992; L.N. 177 of 1996)
