APPEAL BOARD ON CLOSURE ORDERS (IMMEDIATE HEALTH HAZARD) RULES - SECT 8

Making representations at hearing

The person who is to preside at the hearing of an appeal may-

   (a)  upon the written request of either party to the appeal made at least 3
        working days before the date fixed for the hearing of the appeal under
        section 7, invite any person who may be affected by the decision of
        the Appeal Board; or (L.N. 44 of 2003)

   (b)  on its own motion, invite any person identified under section  5
        (a)(iv), by serving on that person a notice in writing, to make
        representations at the hearing of the appeal.
