APPEAL BOARD ON CLOSURE ORDERS (IMMEDIATE HEALTH HAZARD) RULES - SECT 4

Service of notice of appeal

The secretary shall, within one working day after a notice of appeal is served
under section 3, serve a copy of it and copies of any documents attached to it
on- (L.N. 44 of 2003)

   (a)  the Authority; and

   (b)  any other person (other than the appellant) who is affected by the
        Authority's decision or order which is the subject matter of the
        appeal. (L.N. 44 of 2003)
