LICENSING APPEALS BOARD RULES - SECT 12
Abandonment of appeal
(1) The appellant may abandon the appeal or any of the grounds of the appeal
before the hearing of the appeal by notice in writing lodged with the
secretary.
(2) An appellant who lodges a notice under subsection (1) shall at the same
time serve a copy of the notice on the licensing authority.
