LICENSING APPEALS BOARD RULES - SECT 11

Language

(1) The hearing of an appeal may be conducted in Chinese or English or both as
the Board thinks fit.

(2) Notwithstanding subsection (1)-

   (a)  a party to an appeal or his authorized representative may address the
        Board in any language;

   (b)  a person invited to make representations under section 8 may address
        the Board in any language;

   (c)  a witness may give evidence before the Board in any language.
