UNDERTAKERS OF BURIALS REGULATION - SECT 4
Licence, fee and term
(Past version on 30/06/1997).
(1) The fee for a licence shall be the prescribed fee. (L.N. 213 of 1983; L.N.
39 of 1987; L.N. 105 of 1989; L.N. 62 of 1991; L.N. 67 of 1993; L.N. 149 of
1994; L.N. 93 of 1995; 78 of 1999 s. 7)
(2) A licence shall be valid for a period of 1 year from the date of issue.
