UNDERTAKERS OF BURIALS REGULATION - SECT 11
Offences and penalties
(Past version on 30/06/1997).
Any person who contravenes section 8, 9 or 10 commits an offence and is liable
to a fine at level 2 and to imprisonment for 6 months.
