SLAUGHTERHOUSES REGULATION - SECT 6

Examination fees

(Past version on 30/06/1997).

(1) A licensee shall pay to the Director, being the prescribed examination
fee, in respect of each food animal examined under section  15 (1) or each
carcass or dressed carcass and offal examined under section  21 (1). (L.N. 472
of 1994)

(2) A licensee shall pay the fees payable under subsection (1) within 14 days
after the issue to him of a demand note for the fees which have been incurred.
