SLAUGHTERHOUSES REGULATION - SECT 4

Appointment of authorized officers

(Past version on 30/06/1997).

(1) The Director may appoint in writing any public officer as an
authorized officer for the purpose of such provisions of this Regulation as
the Director may specify.

(2) An authorized officer shall, in the exercise of his powers and the
performance of his duties under this Regulation, comply with any directions
given to him by the Director. (Enacted 1991. 78 of 1999 s. 7)
