SLAUGHTERHOUSES REGULATION - SECT 28
Person suffering from infectious disease
(Past version on 30/06/1997).
No licensee shall cause, suffer or permit any person whom he knows or has
reason to believe to be suffering from any infectious disease to enter into
his licensed slaughterhouse or to take part in the slaughtering of any
food animal for human consumption or in the handling or transportation of the
dressed carcass or offal of such food animal. (Enacted 1991)
