SLAUGHTERHOUSES REGULATION - SECT 25

Requirements for transportation of dressed carcass and offal

(1) No person shall transport, and no licensee shall permit to be transported
from a licensed slaughterhouse, the whole or part of a dressed  carcass or
offal except in a motor vehicle approved in writing by an authorized officer
and subject to the requirements specified in Schedule 6.

(2) Notwithstanding subsection (1), an authorized officer may give consent to
transportation by other means of conveyance subject to such conditions as he
thinks fit.

(3) Any approval given by an authorized officer under subsection

(1) or (2) may be withdrawn at any time upon written notice. (Enacted 1991. 78
